When our home came up for sale, she made sure to get us in on the first viewing and when we didn’t realize to act fast enough and another offer was accepted, she never lost patience with us. She just kept moving us forward and reassured us (even though we both recognized that we had missed the opportunity that she had given to us). She stayed calm and encouraged us to then make a backup offer and we thought it would be impossible to ever change the outcome. Natosha, however maintained a calm and reassuring demeanor at every stage of working with us during the wait and kept sending us other options. Just when we were about to give up and take a break (again), she would send us one more option to consider and then to our surprise and due to an unforeseen circumstance, we moved into first place at having a second chance to purchase the home we loved.
